Chester has a very full vocabulary - and it contains more words than exist in the general population's lexicon. We thought you might like a glossary for some of Chester's lexicon references. Anal Breath: [aka "Get your head in your ass!"] The breathing technique pioneered and taught by Chester. One achieves anal breath by intentionally inhaling and directing the breath into relaxing the anus and then maintaing that relaxation on the exhale; saith he: "It's impossible to be tense anywhere else in your body if your a**hole is relaxed."
This breathing technique brings about "anal radiance" (as opposed to "retentive" or "explosive").
Beasties: [also 'bsties'] Originally, beasties are those 11,563 inner animals that animate Chester at any given moment. "Terrier mode" is one of the more frequently observed bsties, however, those of you who know him well may also have witnessed "coonpuff," "aardvark," et. al.
Leslie: Leslie is one version of Chester's "goddess." She is a lesbian riding in a wheelchair that has a flip-card in the spokes - like a kid in a parade on the Fourth of July. Leslie has a wicked sense of humor.
Resilent Edge of Resistance: Chester massage wisdom. The resilient edge means applying just enough pressure that brings the client into that magical state of relaxation and awareness. it requires a sophisticated level of presence and awareness on the part of the practitioner, a sense of really feeling into the tissue and bones.
